Of course, I could be totally wrong:-)

I know of one company here in L.A. called Virtualis that is doing this same thing. What happens is that they end up getting the boutique shops that don't want to maintain their own network and site. This is cool, but it isn't where the money is and it doesn't really require doing a network buildout. One of the other things that they will be providing is the ".com" ending for the international companies. The way that it is set up, .com only applies to US or US hosted companies. Obviously, .com is better than .it (I think that is Italy's) for a business.

Still, lots of cookie cutter businesses out there just waiting to go public and I believe that it will bring this puppy down eventually.
