I don't see any news releases for GENE (Genome Therapeutics) today. Do you mean that GLGC (Gene Logic) filed for a secondary?

Not "our" gene...

Gene Logic (NASDAQ:GLGC), also of Rockville, MD was scheduled to
present, but announced late last week that it has filed with the SEC
to offer 3.5 million shares to the public and would be unable to
present.
