ELSI<-------EXPOSED AS 100% SCAM<---No WAY TO REFUTE THE EVIDENCE!!!!!!!
ELSI<------ORDERS COME FROM THEMSELVES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ELSI Points of FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Ernst & Young quit as auditors:
sec.gov

and being repeatedly warned of imminent delisting:
sec.gov

and in grave financial condition including insufficient funds for payment of
utilitites, salaries, and rent:
sec.gov

Notice that they issue a press release touting a 6,000 battery order on
December 23, 1999:
biz.yahoo.com
"This initial order for 6,000 batteries from Frazer-Nash Research Ltd. is
for a fleet of electric vehicles to be supplied by Frazer-Nash to the Sydney
2000 Olympic Games. The batteries are to be delivered in the first four
months of 2000. Frazer-Nash is controlled by Kamkorp Ltd., a U.K. holding
company and the Company's majority shareholder."

Of course the order is from the company's majority shareholder who has
recently been bestowed millions of $1.00 warrants:
sec.gov.

Also very interesting is that another order for an alleged 60,000 batteries
was touted in a press release from a purchaser by the name of Worldstar
Communications Corporation of Miami, Fla.:
biz.yahoo.com

Very surprising when you consider in the last 3 years ELSI probably hasn't
received in sum this type of order, and now out of the blue a supposed
multi-million dollar order is placed from a "global communications network"
company.

Well a quick general search engine hunt for this international multi-million
dollar communications corporation otherwise known as "Worldstar
Communications" reveals virtually no internet related presence or
information:

5 obsure hits on AltaVista:
altavista.com.

5 obscure hits on Inktomi:
hotbot.lycos.com

3 obscure hits on Infoseek:
infoseek.go.com.

Here's the "Worldstar Communications Corporation" homepage:
worldstarcom.com
Note no address, phone number, or contact name information is provided for
this international communications firm and also note that half the site is
under construction.

The site is registered to Frank Valdez:
networksolutions.com.

who coincidentally is the CEO of:
TeleWare Global Corp.
telewareglobal.com

and
WorldWide Web Sytems
wwwsystems.com

and
WorldWide Web Sciences (supposedly TeleWare Global formally)
wwwsciences.com

and
Design Sciences, Inc.
designsciences.com

Of course all are headquartered out of the same address and all offer
surprisingly similar services. All of course registered to Frank Valdez:
networksolutions.com.
