Schwab is really beginning to tick me off again. The "customer is always correct" attitude, which has prevailed for about a year now, is erroding rapidly. They won't chase down slow fills any longer, and.... even when the order was placed at the ask (shown on their quotes and on an independent vendor), they won't take the time to try to get your price. Not even if that "ask" is held for quite some time. Nor do they go to much effort to track down shares to borrow, and I'm sick of this automated "can't short this issue" message at the site, making you go through a live broker. STEAM........... Service is again eroding rapidly, IMO.
