Caxton,

MCOM is working on integrating with pcs systems. This is from an engineering job ad on the MCOM website:

"The position will also include design responsibilities for portions of Metricom's 4G network. System integration with cellular, PCS, or large network projects."

I wouldn't be surprised to see them working together with Sprint PCS in the future.

Another question: It is assumed that Ricochet modems may be used during the roll out cities that have not completed the radio installation. Does any one know if both R1 and R2 both would be operative before the installations are completed? New York city is apparently operative, but how about the others?
