Mani, RE <I wondered why no one at the CC asked about it>

I went to Best Buy early this week and saw CPQ EZ2200. It's a very nice looking and well designed consummer PC. I am impressed with its style and maintenance access. It has six (?) USB ports and two (?) 1394 ports (somebody can verify?). It casts some doubt on the potential of AMD's Easy Now design. If it uses Spitfire in the 2H'00, I will definitely buy one for my kid.

My speculation is that Easy Now won't be much of a factor to AMD going forward. Too low margin, too much competition. And I doubt it's even on AMD's road map now.

Just my 2 cents.
