Your focused on the 6 sigma upside. Look, the point of the alliance is that contrary to our previous view that Intel and RMBS remain close, one has to consider the fact that Intel is a member and RMBS is not hinting that Intel will be looking out for RMBS interests. Instead, Intel and Samsung is now part of an alliance, the stated intention of which is to avoid royalties. That is not a positive, it is a negative.

Of course if RMBS wins the lawsuit, it will be a big gain. Consider, these cases can take a long time. Consider, what is going on at say Samsung. RMBS is saying to HIT and we may be able to assume, saying to Samsung, you not only owe as royalty on RMBS but on DDR and PC 133. What do you suppose Samsung thinks of that. The fact that RMBS has filed suit is a near to mid-term negative, not a positive. The upside lies in the 6 sigma event that the courts do not find RMBS patents too fundamental, but instead find that they are due royalties on the whole DRAM market. RMBS is no longer an investment as much as a high stakes gamble. A test of lows is more likely than rising stock price. Rich
