WM really interesting breakout ! E WAVES RULE !/ Cosmo -pumping UFAB ? no pump - own it !

re: GaryB

All other Technicals/Technicians are unworthy.......... (VBG).

Those who were following this; whoa nellie.... Did the E Wave's nail this one or what ?

I merely saw this last gap down as capitulation into an opposing sentiment shift which was starting to acknowledge & recognize here that the "creme" of the S&L sector had allready priced in the Fed Hike's and had reached valuations that just made no sense... was seeing strong Institutional Money Manger commentary on the attractiveness of value's here - regardless of the rate environement -ie: allready priced in...

All the intangible's were pointing to a high potential of a "V" bottom recovery - the sector had a "V" bounce in October etc.

I bought a small basket of some small caps as well... will use tight stops; but I really like this action today in WM.

Lucky , or good ?

... only time will tell; but I love parking cash here as I transition between actively trading the Oilpatch to positioning myself into a desired 75% buy & hold position.

My core buy & hold's - that I do not anticipate taking profits on for perhaps 12 mos are:

XTO - own near $8 & change avg; $4.00 cfps & $1 eps potential - a screaming low risk buy here with perhaps the best overall fundamental valuation in the E&P sector.

UFAB accumulated from $5 7/8ths thru $7 1/4 today - loaded ! - this is my FAVORITE small cap play - I see $12 easy by 4th of July and $20+ in 2001 - remember, this was a $40 stock ! Ceo's comments on being at full capacity & the influx of bids was impressive.

*Cosmo, no way to "hype" UFAB, or even GIFI - they are the FAB plays imho, FGH & MDR are high risk plays - buy them right/trade them right and you "may" make a Home Run - buy UFAB, or GIFI (preferably a few $ ago) and you "WILL" make a Home Run - only factor is time...

NBL - own at an avg near $21 - just $1 from a 5 year low with these commodity prices ? - waiting for $35

... and a small basket of "old" FLC RIG SII BHI VTS PGO EOG UPR PXD OEI and a few others, with a 10% small cap E&P basket - fav's being RGO & CRK there - as best "oil" & "gas" plays respectively.

Trading everything else...

I still think this is a classic "pump and dump" and within two weeks it will back in the $1 to $1 1/4 range, if not by Monday. Just look at the open, it gapped strong on no news (indicating a bunch of traders got the "info" to buy this morning or last night) and put in buy at the market then it takes off in the first 20 minutes as all the other suckers buy in as fast as they can.

Now we are in the second wave where the late to the party bunch look a the high for the day and think they are getting a deal now that it is nearly a point off its high.

Anyone who didn't take the 100% to 150% profit in one day is crazy. I mean what do you people want????? All those 1k to 5K buyers don't have a clue what they are buying, only that it is going up and don't want to miss out on the next 10 bagger.

And don't tell me this some type of long term hold stock. It is a POS just like the rest of em CRK TMR BEXO TXCO EEX PGEI the list goes on and on. These little crappy stocks were all born to be traded not taken home.

If I am wrong I will be the first to eat my words,

Rory
