GF i agree, and i think a lot of young co's are using this hot market to issue lots more shares so their co's can actually get the $$ they need stay in business!

Just about whenever a co issue more shares, the result fundamentally is dilution i think, even if the stock price doesn't go down. And I for one sure am glad to see "fully diluted" per share results now being reported by most co's, too. This does not mean I am anti-stock options for employees, directors, etc, but regular investors need to see what coming down the tubes in future shares.
