I think the next big thing in e-CRM is gonna be data mining. Data mining involves analyzing data and looking for patterns in customer behaviour. Siebel Systems is just starting to incorporate data mining. A company called Angoss Software has an alliance with Siebel Sysytems to provide data mining software. Has anybody else done any DD on data mining? I think that applying data mining to the internet is going to be huge. I need some feedback.
