Would be interested in understanding why you may start to nibble at CREE...reviewing your previous posts, you were understandably critical of unclewest and the like during their last CREE burst of enthusiasm.

I consider it my job to give people a hard time about any new company and make them defend it. Merlin will give you a four page analysis when he makes a move, mine is more gut, after letting my subconsious guide me.

CREE's product right now is unique, the stock if moving, and it is worth a short term play, at least. I will hold it lightly and watch for competition and execution.

I think it is too early for Gemstar for me. A lot of problems to be worked out. I haven't totally ruled it out, but it is not on the A list.

I am still toying around with my choices. It is a lot of fun to start giving other companies besides Q serious consideration. :0)
