CUBE is till trading with the same value on the semi, yes. Now whether that is $15 or $20 depends whether you discount the value of the deal. No discount is $15, discount by 10 percent is $20.

Regardess, I'm surprised we didn't see more of a pop in CUBE tday. I sold 1/3 of my Feb 65's at 12 1/2, since I paid 3 3/8 it paid for them and a bit of change to boot. I'm hoping we get a few more upgrades next week as analysts digest the earnings and CC so I can sell the remainder. Given the today's price target of $110, I'm surprised we haven't gone up more.

Steve, Let's keep it that way till the spin-off so that Cube-semi won't have to pay uncle Sam (refer to John's messages).
