BGOC Expands International Wireless Operations Through Global Access Agreement CISCO, Texas, Jan. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Black Giant Oil Company (OTC Bulletin Board: BGOC), has entered into an agreement with Global Access New Millennium, Inc., to convey to BGOC a 1/3 interest of a U.S. based, International Telecommunications Company, currently building and managing Earth Stations for Foreign Governments and Oil Cartels. BGOC has been notified that Global Access has successfully negotiated a best efforts commitment to raise $25,000,000 under a Private Placement. Under the terms of the agreement with Global Access, BroadBand Wireless Communications Corporation of Oklahoma City, will contribute stock of BGOC equal to $2,500,000.00 and will underwrite the legal and accounting expenses of the Private Placement. In consideration of these contributions, upon successful completion of the Private Placement, Global Access will immediately move to the execution of its current agreements to purchase the majority shares of Tryco Inc. at which time conveyance of the one-third interest to BGOC will be effected. Tryco Inc. is a privately held corporation headquartered in McLean, Virginia, operating Earth Stations in the United States and Afghanistan. The company is currently constructing two Earth Stations in Saudi Arabia with existing agreements to construct five additional Earth Stations for their client, ARAMCO. Tryco Inc., has recently complete the contract negotiations authorizing Tryco Inc. to construct and operate more than 200 Earth Stations in the country of Afghanistan. Tryco has obtained the rights to install and operate Wireless phone and Internet antennas, transmitters, servers and telecommunication systems in more than 2,800 church steeples throughout cities in Europe. BGOC has recently shifted its focus from energy-related industries to the Wireless Internet and Telecommunications businesses, and remains a participant in a two year contract originating and terminating minutes for Long Distance customers both in the United States and Mexico. Previous contracts which were executed by and between BGOC and Global Access (BWI) LTD. have been assigned to Global Access New Millenium to be in compliance with the requirements of the above mentioned Private Placement. BGOC recently purchased forty percent (40%) of the retail operations of GetMore Communications LLC., of Oklahoma City, which owns and operates ten (10) stores currently throughout cities in Oklahoma and Texas. Up to eighteen (18) additional retail stores are planned for opening during the calendar year 2000. In addition, through existing contracts with GetMore TelCom LLC. BGOC will own up to fifty percent of the High Speed Wireless Internet Networks currently being capitalized in cities in Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico, Iowa and Colorado. As BGOC continues to change the focus of its operations, management confirms its previously announced intention to change the corporate name to BroadBand Wireless Communications Corporation at the next shareholder meeting.
