Feel free to educate us on the inflation adjusted bond investment. Is it tied to Government CPI or PPI? If so, I'm not sure I want them. The government uses their data to their advantage.

Can a small investor buy these bonds through a discount broker?

Next thing to watch for would be if the 5 yr. yield rises above the 30 yr.

Aren't the "totally riskless inflation-indexed..." based on the good faith of the US gov. in reporting the CPI accurately?
