Hi Kevin, My own AIM money flow would confirm that note nicely. 1999 saw lots of my cash reserve pour into my favorite long bond fund and also into a REIT that has a fat yield.

Both are priced well below logical levels. As we know, the pendulum does't like to sit idle very long. As far as it went in one direction, is it possible that the return swing could be as strong? Interesting thought!

Certainly my Speculation component confirms his analysis of too much money flowing into the market way too fast. It's beginning to look like "Buy ANYTHING, tell me later what I own!" :-)
