Trading Float (investors refuse to sell)

Each time the Trading float is recycled the support level rises. As the trading float is recycled there will be new investors who join the long time investors who will simply not sell. Which means the trading float decreases while demand increases.

That is why GUMM is going up. More buyers than sellers.
