SWC is a nice miner.

I will set up a subsidiary thread where I will record buy and sells and list what's in the portfolio, the basis on the positions etc.

HLIT and CAMP have moved nicely in the portfolio this week.
:)

Tom,

How about picking the first 2 stocks that will be in our long-term portfolio, after we have the names we will implement a dollar cost average, buy on weakness strategy.

I have a copy of the field on post 128, I believe that there are a few more names to be put on it, but we should be able to pick the first few without looking at anything.

How many do we want 15, 20? 25?, we may reduce to one stock at a time after we get the first dozen or so.

and in the picking, remember we are dollar cost averaging, or buying a larger chunk more quickly on a big decline in the stock to say the 200 dma etc.

So roll a couple of those mellifluous names off of your keyboard -g-

John
