DMA,

I think you are right. She shopped around for the
state that might let her be a "Senator at Large".
I think RFK proved that New York was willing to give
aspriring politicos that option. It is going to be
an interesting race. I think Guliani doesn't really
want to be a Senator but he would deep down enjoy
delivering the knockout blow to the Clinton political
machine and end that dynasty.
