Hi Frank:

Thanks for the post...All kinds of room for both...Not a shot at you, but Step out of the "Intel forest and see the trees"...Recent production, marketing and sales trends strongly support the contention that the Athlon is in its infancy and the PWeeIII in its late stage...Step back for a moment and ask youself the relevant question: If I convert my Intel shares today at (in round figures) for 2.5 shares of AMD, will I be better off financially on January 31, 2001 (i.e after next 4 quarterly reports)?

All I'm saying is not only will you be better off by converting out of Intel but also out of your best other 3 picks not including Intel! AMD is poised for phenomenal capital appreciation in Y2000! (You don't have to accept my proselytizing in this regard, just look at the trends over the past 6 months wrt the Athlon!)

Pick any 3 stocks Frank, including Intel, and what I am sucggesting is that on January 2001, AMD's market price will show a better rate of return! (OK, there may be others out there that will catch fire, but really what I'm saying is that AMD will definitely outperform the market in Y2000!
