Are you convinced these 200k shares was a bailout? Your earlier premise (and mine) was that it might signify a reversal. Of course you would expect an immediate tightening of supply causing the stock to rise. We did get that rise after about 10 minutes.

Is it possible that the downdraft was in fact caused by later selling. If this were the case, you would expect to see an eqivalent volume traded after the block "buy" before the stock could go down. Since the 217k that went through about 1pm, I count 218,200 shares before the volume increase that took the stock through the line that had been drawn at 77 1/4.
