All biotech are having a run.
Pharmos guys spend a lot of time getting the story out in the past year.
So with biotech getting hot Pharmos is participating.

Is there some thing more. I think so but cannot prove it.

1.Alrex and Lotemax revenues were good in Q4.
This may have promp funds to jump in.
2.Lotemax NDA is in England. 6 months wait is reasonable for funds managers to get in in a hot sector.

3.HU 211 phase 2 should be over,. we are dealing with people. if one or two guys failed to show for 6 months follow up for what ever reason, it will delay the study.
So the six months are up about now. Give them a couple of weeks.

They may or may not declare that the phase is over,
May wait until results are out.
I think it is worthwhile 2 press releases.
1. that phase 2 been completed.
2. release phase 2 results. will take 4-6 weeks.

3. Partner +,- and plan for phase 2-3.
phase 2-3 is a modofied phase that will be done by Pharmos alone. then to be joined by a partner.

Last I heard there were 2-3 small to mid size pharmaceutical talking with Pharmos and one big pharma that was in the picture before.

There have been lots of mergers, that means reorganization,
Recently Roberts Pharmaceuticla was taken over by Shire Pharmaceutical. Both by size were perfect candidate for HU 211.
Shire has number of products in the neuro field Roberts did not.
Roberts is in Eatontown NJ , Shire is in England, I see this as a great match for Pharmos....
