It might be best to also send a slightly jaded but polite email in case the person in question denies later that they didn't hear your whisper

Bryan, another "think tank" suggestion:

SI should set up an affiliate program and offer web banners with catchy sayings along with the SI logo. SI could then pay a 5% commission on anyone who signs up to use the sight through those banners.

Affililiate programs are an easy way to generate inexpensive advertisement around the web. And I haven't noticed many other stock bulletin boards offering them yet. So, you would be one of the first out of the box.

If you don't want to use your in house web-developers valuable time to create such a program. There are quite a few companies you could outsource the entire program through.

With a little digging I could offer up a few suggestions if you like.

Bryan, here's the biggest and best affiliate outsourcing company on the web. If they're good enough for Dell, they should be good enough for SI.

Since you can stayed logged in on SI why can't you make it so that you can stayed logged in for the email feature from commtouch and can always be auto logged in for both SI and email together with one log in process.....that would actually make me and others use the SI email since I do not know an email competitor that has an auto login feature....also the shorter the better....I think it be better if it were "yourname@SI" instead of "yourname@siliconinvestor"
