OK, I can see where that Mattel number might be coming from. If you don't add back the restructuring charge taken in 1999, then interest coverage doesn't look good. But I don't think that gives a correct picture of the company's financial strength. David, you are correct to point out that Mattel's balance sheet has deteriorated significantly under Jill Barad's stewardship. And they paid for The Learning Company with stock, so the balance sheet has deteriorated despite issuing 140 million new shares. That's what takes a stock from 40 to 11.
