That is due diligence? How can you ask intelligent questions about the royalty stream when you don't even understand the typical structure of a licensing agreement. Gus, I'm having trouble following your logic. I studied Molloy's posts and can't find anything that indicates he doesn't understand licensing agreements. On the contrary, Molloy's posts on other threads have shown an above average grasp of these kind of issues. Why do you think otherwise? Is this just another ploy to avoid discussing the issues that are important to placing a fair value on IDC? Bux
