I believe over the past few years Jan-Apr and Oct-Dec have been the times to be in the market. Don't know anything about this with respect to the Q. I don't think we start to tank here. Quite the opposite, I think the Fed increases by 1/4 and there is nothing said about bias anymore. I don't think the market is going anywhere significant on the downside.

i heard over the next month tons of money is sitting on the sidelines 401k plans and money mangers who were apprehensive now want to pile in..i think we are in for a great month!!!!!!!!!!! and of course they will be going for the techs....
