Doug, the first step is getting a copy of GPGI's Corporate Charter and by-laws and determine how a Special Shareholder's Meeting can be called, by whom, when, etc..etc... the time has come for THE OWNERS [ that's US, the shareholders, folks ] of GPGI to assert themselves... clearly... forcefully... unequivocally... using every means available to us to PLACE CONTROL OF OUR COMPANY in the hands of a management able to DELIVER on the Company's true potential.
