MEATHEAD, the only issue is that Tom old boy gave guidance in the last Q call of net margins of 7.6 -7.7% which I think may make the 21% gross level, but it will be close (I get 20.9 to 21.2).

Hi MH,..Re:.Dell shipped 3.23M systems worldwide last Q so 3.57M is a Q/Q increase of ~10.5%.
