That's exactly why they may not say anything about Athlons being a hot-seller. They wouldn't want Dell to spoil the advantage they have over Dell with their Athlon systems.

I am long CPQ! I expect them to have had a nice Christmas - more to do with K6s than Athlons I think.

As far as Dell is concerned I think Dresden might do it. But given their fierce loyalty to Intel I wouldn't hold my breath.

As far as AMD is concerned there may be better payoff for them to focus on getting business SKUs at existing vendors.
