If they had great results with Athlon, do you think they would mention it in their CC in some form or the other? If they do, it would increase chances of Dell signing up with AMD ;-) That's exactly why they may not say anything about Athlons being a hot-seller. They wouldn't want Dell to spoil the advantage they have over Dell with their Athlon systems.

I expect them to have had a nice Christmas - more to do with K6s than Athlons I think. As far as Dell is concerned I think Dresden might do it. But given their fierce loyalty to Intel I wouldn't hold my breath. As far as AMD is concerned there may be better payoff for them to focus on getting business SKUs at existing vendors. Chuck
