*******VERY BAD NEWS ON THE LEGAL SIDE*****

"In July of 1999, we issued warrants to purchase 68,000 shares of our common stock in exchange for consulting services. Of these, 18,000 were issued to XXXXXXXX XXXXX and are exercisable on any date until July 26, 2000 at a price of $4.00 per share."

TrimFast to Recall Product Linked to Health Problems (Update1)

TrimFast to Recall Product Linked to Health Problems (Update1)

(Adds comment from FDA, details on health risks.)

Washington, Jan. 21 (Bloomberg) -- TrimFast Group Inc., a
nutrition products company, will recall its Revivarant after an
ingredient in the product was linked to serious health problems
and one death, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration said.
The FDA said it has asked other companies that sell products
containing the ingredient, known as gamma butyrolactone, or GBL,
to begin recalls as well. The agency said it's ``considering all
potential regulatory actions'' if the recalls don't happen.
The products are marketed under a variety of names,
including Renewtrient, Revivarant, Blue Nitro, Blue Nitro
Vitality, GH Revitalizer, Gamma G and Remforce, the agency said.
The products, some of which are marketed as dietary supplements,
are advertised for uses ranging from bulking up to enhancing sex
or reducing stress, the FDA said.
``We consider it an illegally marketed unapproved drug,''
said Joseph Levitt, director of the FDA's food branch. ``We need
to take action.''
The body converts GBL into a potentially dangerous drug
known as GHB, once hyped as a body building aid. While GHB is
under study for use in treating legitimate ailments, it has never
won FDA approval, and the agency and Justice Department have
taken action against what they say is improper promotion and
marketing of it.
The FDA said it has received 55 reports of health problems,
including one death, among users of products containing GBL. In
19 cases, people became unconscious or comatose, the FDA said.
Consumers should throw out any products they have containing
GBL, the FDA said. The products are sold over the Internet or in
health stores or fitness centers, and the FDA may not have a
complete list, the agency said.
Officials from Tampa, Florida-based TrimFast weren't
available for comment. The announcement came after the close of
U.S. markets. Company shares fell 9/16 to close at 4 1/2.

¶¶ NOTICE to ALL SEVU INVESTORS & iHUB POSTERS...

You may be aware, if you happen to read the posts on RB, of Virulent Personal Attacks against myself by Floyd
Schneider/Zsunshine/Poop, a well-known Bashing Shorter who was SUED by ZSUN recently and against whom I
filed an AFFIDAVIT... These Personal Attacks are based on FALSE Statements and are SLANDEROUS: as a result
I will be instructing an Attorney specializing in such matters to begin legal proceedings against all Posters who have
taken part in these ILLEGAL activities, be it on RB or iHUB... I recognize that's probably a waste of money, as most
of these people would have little in the way of Assets in their name, BUT I am sick and tired of their Lowly and
Malicious actions... I decided to post this Notice on this Thread because it's become clear that the Slanderers are using
the SEVU thread in an effort to try and discredit the stock as well...

BTW, Zsunshine is under the impression he was terminated on RB, as a results of my complaints - hence, the increase
of his slandering activities under other Aliases and that of his pals, Yo Adrian, etc... I certainly hope it's the case and
that RB finally cottoned on to him and Zsunshine...

1) Background Information:

I did start the SRRH thread at the request of Muzio, one of the major shareholder and CEO of TRIM in which I had
an investment SOLELY acquired in the open Market...

ragingbull.altavista.com.

Of course, Schneider immediately issued derogatory comments, but must have found that some of his friends had an
interest in SRRH and quickly posted his change of mind...

ragingbull.altavista.com.

In the meantime I had signed an Agreement with Muzio to buy privately a certain number of shares in TRIM and
SRRH and sent the sum of $95,750.00 in full payment... When I started to suspect that things weren't quite kosher
with TRIM and SRRH and Muzio reneged on the share Agreement by refusing to deliver either the shares or the cash
paid, I issued a warning on the Thread....

ragingbull.altavista.com.

2) Excerpt of TRIM Filings:

...."shares of common stock of Sierra Holdings Group. The complaint,is a multi-count complaint and included counts
for breach of contract, specific performance, fraud and civil theft. The complaint alleged that a total of $95,750
($77,000 for the TrimFast shares) was delivered as per the instructions of Mr. Muzio. The shares of common stock
that had not been delivered to Mr. Goelo , as Mr. Muzio has advised the Company, were shares of common stock
personally owned by Mr. Muzio. The Plaintiff sought delivery of the shares of common stock pursuant to the
agreement and sought compensatory and punitive damages in excess of $790,000. On May 3, 2000 plaintiff offered to
settle this matter whereby Mr. Muzio would pay $95,750 and transfer to the plaintiff 20,000 shares of TrimFast
common stock"....

tenkwizard.com.

The REAL Facts of the matter are the following:

1) I have never been compensated by TRIM or Insiderstreet.com to start a thread or do anything else for that matter...
In fact I have lost substantial sums in my trading of TRIM shares and have never traded SRRH/NSRD shares... So the
allegations are PURELY SLANDEROUS....

2) The TRIM Filing quoting that I received 18,000 Warrants to buy TRIM @ $4.00 is INCORRECT, as I have
NEVER received NOR exercized any warrants in TRIM or SRRH... BTW, last trade on TRIM is $1.65....

3) My Attorney has settled my Lawsuit against TRIM, NSDR and Muzio for Cash, as I wasn't prepared to accept
shares... Over $110,000 was paid back to me and Muzio met all the legal and Attorney fees, so that I ended up with a
substantial surplus over what I had paid originally and the Lawsuit didn't cost me a penny... I will also provide the name
and phone number of my Attorney in Tampa to Bona Fide enquirers...

Conclusion: When posting , always ensure that you can prove every statement you make about a Company or and
Individual, as the Laws on Slander and Libel are STRICT and a Lawsuit can be filed where (State or Country) they
are STRICTEST, as a result of the Internet Global coverage....
