Well, Carmine Bua is a securities attorney.

He just happens to be a securities attorney who will deal with a different kind of company, I suppose ...

Remember Carmine J. Bua, the securities atty for NCDR and ZSUN?

Well, I came across his name again. In a filing by THRV.

THRV looks like a pump. It was one of the biggest point movers yesterday on the OTC:BB.

THRV is a shell based out of Vancouver.

The stock is at $2, with 6 M shares outstanding

No assets to speak of. Just one officer/director.

The company uses Carmine J. Bua's mailing address in San Diego. Reminds me a lot of NCDR when it was still called Corsaire Snowboard.

I also found a case in federal court where Bua tried unsuccessfully to sue the SEC in 1995. The docket is hard to read, but it appears he was trying to get a temporary restraining order to stop the SEC from doing something. He didn't get it.
