DS, If I may add one last bit to the Christensen discussion. One of the more interesting things he mentions is that successful organizations fail by continuing to do what made them successful. That means they listen to their customers, look at the present market etc. Their customers may be telling them that they don't "need" NAS. So even though they may be doing everything that a good organization should, which is satisfying their existing customers, disruptive technology knocks them for a loop. Fascinating stuff. Piyush
