Jerome,

EGLS is a back end company. Probers, handlers, testers, and packaging equipment are back end.

TER, CMOS are test equipment companies, COHU is a handler equipment company, KLIC is a packaging equipment company.

Amkor is a test and packaging company, but not an equipment company.
