PB: I will concede the Dell picture could be some what puzzling. I believe I may have a notion of of what's going on. but I can't get more specific, so we'll have to wait and see on this one too.

Could it have anything to do with the PIII-800 systems that had to be sent back to HP, as reported on JC's?
