The ignorant shall inherit the earth.

Hey stop talking behind my back. <ggg>

My very first daytrade was awesome. I bought 10K worth of a US BB stock (how stupid can you get?) in the morning at about 1.50 and sold it in the afternoon at about 4.50. The next day it dropped very quickly to below 2.00 and never made it back up ... it traded lower and lower until it stopped trading altogether.

The 10K I put into it was borrowed money too and after I made the trade the bank called me up and said you can't buy individual stocks with borrowed money. I said it's too late I already did it. They said we want you to buy one of our mutual funds. I said, you mean the one that had a whopping 6% return last year? They said yes. I told them there was no way in hell I was going to do that and they demanded their money back. I gave them their money back and walked off with my $20K profit in one day. That really did happen. LOL

Lola:)

I am in the process of detailing my woes to the local VP at Scotia - They royally F***ed up - even on theor continency plans for another office to haandle the calls - - I dont care if buildings were falling over and they had evacuated the whole damn province - Thjose orders should of or could have been processed from the home of the order processors - we got a little dusting. Youd swear it was the storm of the Century.

when I lived in Kingston Ontario we got those dustings daily as I am sure all the folks in Ottawa. Hamilton, Moncton and all those other snow belts are quite familiar with.

Scotia finally activated one trade under 5 minutes - If they had done their normal 12 minute thingy I would have already ben filled at 1.30 on SCS - I wanted out of 1k and switched it to 1.37 and POOF they nailed that puppy.

The funny thing is picture this. I turn the computer screen to face my basement window so I can shovel the front walkway and steps and still watch the ticker .

MY next step is to get the high speed wireless connection for my pam pilot and just strap the Palm to my snow shovel. NOW that would be beautiful - and its close
