.61 on a diluted share basis.

Intel didn't fudge the numbers. It was there for all to see. Niles made two EPS estimate and price target revisions within 4 days. Obviously, most folks on the street thought the numbers were good (0.645 without securities upside).

If you really think Intel fudged the numbers, I'm sure Micheal Burke would love to hear from you.
