Look at AVA, another utility. They announced they'll spin off fuel cell and broadband fiber stocks.

Tip, Great co. and an old stock favorite, but, at this price I have to bet against them in broadband. Closer to $40, I'm willing to give them the doubt of the benefit. <g> After all, Williams has certainly been successful in this area and there is no reason why Enron can't carve out a niche. It is nice to see all of our utilities taking on ever more risky business practices and it makes you wonder if their traditional services are at risk, too. No problem for me. It's 75 degrees in Houston today. But, we could have a crisis somewhere down the line in the chillier parts of the country.
