agreed Wes...to me this also bolsters the idea that WAP was in fact expecting their member companies to do what GWRX has done, but GWRX let the cat out of the bag a little prematurely...just starting a weekend of DD on this and others...RE: your post on KIM's thread about companies not having to use GWRX tech exclusively...do you know of any companies that provide available, comparable technology to GWRX? TIA.

Yes, this is the real deal. In addition, several notable members of WAP are already major shareholders in GWRX. IMO, there will be no serous legal challenges to the new arrangement. I, too, am hoping for a serious shake so I can get in. Judging from the market caps of others in the space, GWRX share price should -- shall we say -- move up 'dramatically' from here. fwiw
