I have not looked at OGS/INCY in a while, but from memory, the word that sticks out is proteomics. This is one of the next big things in the post-genomic area and refers to systematic study of the proteins produced in a given cell or organism under given conditions.

Sure, genes are nice but what does all the work ultimately is proteins. There was a news piece in Nature covering this a month or so ago.
