I don't know if your post was a repeat or not.
In any event thanks, it was new to me and it was a great article.
I have made an effort to understand medsite's business plan. I have spent some time on their web page and discussed it with medical professionals.

I can see why jdx sees this as a great investment, only wish they has a greater piece of the company.

If JDX can find more deals like this one to invest in they will have a bright future.

From the article you posted, it would appear that one of the upcoming news releases from JDX will be on their election to maintain their pre-IPO interest in medsite:-))

TWST: What obstacles are in your way? Do you have the capital you need?
Do you have the structure you need to do that?


Mr. Bhan: We are actually pretty well funded at this point. We recently
announced a round of about $36 million and in the next couple of weeks
plan to announce an additional financing of nearly $20 million with
companies such as Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and Chase investing in
our company.
