Possible things that could go wrong (you folks are too bullish, stock can't go up unless we also have a wall of worry to climb). 1. RAMBUS disaster / high prices as INTC torpedoes the PS2. 2. Secondary offer of 10 million shares announced to pay off their debt. 3. Grisham behind schedule (whatever the schedule is). 4. Disappointment in partners for some consumer electronics products. 5. Phase of the moon.

DavidG! Have you been watching the semis? wow! ....but don't the drillers often follow the semis?! Let's check the charts. SOX: Out of bands but very strong.....(having trouble getting charts to link) bigcharts.com OSX: Nice formation .......trying to bust through resistance.
