My understanding of the terminations is as follows. KYO is taking virtually all employees engaged in handset design and support personnel for those employees. QCP is being decimated; practically all terminated. In other words, practically everyone involved in or supporting manufacturing, KYO is not taking. Management will be transferring some employees from consumer products division to the ASIC's division; the transfers are mostly not effective yet. Dr. J's son, head of consumer products division, is going to corporate.
