Rob, The likes of GS, MS and Chase don't put that kind of money up for Medsite to remain a private company. Besides, Medsite will need a HUGE IPO to get the serious kind of money they need to become the company they envision becoming. Medsite is envisioned and structured as an international, world wide company. Will the financing be international in scope too? I think so and brokerages like GS, MS and Chase can make it happen. Perhaps the Jan 13 article is the start of the Medsite "dog and pony"? JUST THINK HOW MUCH EASIER IT WILL BE FOR JDX TO DO THEIR "DOG AND PONY" ON MEDSITES COAT TAILS:-))) regards, teevee
