Zen, I believe I answered the post you referred to in your message. I found Mark's book to be an excellent reference guide to both running a business and understanding why certain people running businesses do what they do (or don't do correctly). Mark put easy to understand lessons into a format that anyone involved in a growth business really should take the time to read (and it doesn't take too much time) so their business will become their best investment. I went away for the weekend and just returned to find some great posts by Mark and some of the other regulars who will hopefully stick around and continue to share their thoughts. I just don't have time to spend on RB. I appreciate your posts here of worthy RB posts. That's it for now. I'm banged up from skiing in frosty NH this weekend. I'm turning in for the night. Paul
