I bought my USPIX via Fidelity so do not know what the minimum is. Note my investment here was only 1% of my assets. I am not crazy enough to take a big position at this time. But my hunch still is that a few months from I will be up at least 50% on this investment, althoough I may go down 5-10% first.

Am pondering whether the depressed value stocks -- both small and large cap -- will get a play before the markets implode. My best judegement is that we may get a decent bounce in the value indexes, but a major bull move is out of the question until the tech bubble bursts.

The disparity between high tech small cap and value small cap is as wide as the disparity between large cap value and large cap tech. Russell 2000 jumped 5% last weak, but my small cap value fund was virtually flat.
