I asked Sydney Rosenblatt,CFO about LUX, he said that their relationship existed because LUX is a small specialty manufacturer that provides PANL with the reflective black layer which will compliment the complete product line of PANL. This seems to be a very small part of PANL's overall plan but a complimentary piece none the less.

I am not an owner of LUX and find it too small a player to really focus on. JMHO

Re: LUX.V

I talked with one of their people, Ron Ruta. They sell mainly to the high-end market and can qualify their displays for extreme duty, including space. They also have a patent on a 1/4 wave interference filter to reduce glare and reduce heating from the sun. It's a small company so they like to partner when it comes to mainstream commercial products. As you probably know they have a recent agreement with PANL.

Ron was quite knowledgeable and helpful. Sounds to me like an interesting company.
