William, I have found that there are only a few sciences that you know nothing about. (1) Cash flow analysis (2) logistics and distribution On # 2 lets bring in Lizzie because she does know what she's talking about as far as software relating to L&D. On # 1 please don't try to bring up cash flow again because it makes you look like an idiot. Ps If you had know anything about positive cash flow you'd be able to understand that owning apartment buildings under rent control can be a very profitable experience. But, more important to me is I offer affordable housing to those who need it. Hey, my best tenant is a 65 year old women that lives on only $1500pm. She plants flowers around the complex at her cost because she considers it to be her home. If I can afford and make a profit to let people like her live there I will. Even though she never had the opportunity to invest in Vert, like the rest of us.
