now i want to object about this sexist line of thinking. i have a two car garage. i have my car in one side and tractor, leaf catcher, etc. in the other. if i leave the tractor outside, it will first of all get me written up by the association around here and secondly go bad almost immediately. and so as i think hopefully ahead about perhaps having another car running around here, i think in terms of more garages would be good.

it is sometimes a thoughtful thing.

Sounds like your conversation might go much the same was as the one around here. What is your first remodeling thought???

As for the garage idea, around here, there is a vacant lot adjacent to the back of our property now, as the house burned down last year. I see that lot as having "garage" potential!!!!!

We currently have a very large 2 story carriage house garage...2 stalls plenty big enough for two cars and lawn maintenance equipment.

We use the garage at our other house to store Mikes "toy trucks" in!!
