From a short term technical analysis standpoint, reverse head and shoulders, but I'm not in this one with a T/A scope in mind. What I see here is value, with a company that has global presence and brand recognition in an upcoming technology area that will reap the rewards of fast, prevalent bandwidth. Putting my T/A hat aside and my investing hat on, I see way more upside on a longer time frame (mid to high $20's end of year. As always, with reassessment). I'm not holding out for $8 looking at the trees, but rather zooming out to look at the forest. There's too much good here to ignore.
