Ouch!
Lay on the floor on your back, extend one leg, bring the other knee close to your chest and grab it close to your chest. Hold. Do the same with the other.
Lay on the floor, on your stomach, extend one arm and the opposite leg as far as possible. Hold. Do the other set.
(This is what my trainer recommended when I hurt my back doing - what else - yard work! (It did help.)
