bill, You might want to lob a call into Don Hays every coupla days to make sure he still works at FTU. Yesterday the Serial Diluters hatchetmen ran thru the New York Office on a search and destroy mission and pretty much wiped out the remnants of the old Wheat First. I am not sure what they are up to because it does not make sense to pay a couple of hundred million for Wheat, then pony up more dough for Everen, fire the most talented people from each firm and then go out and snatch up a bunch of old Alex Brown people who could not deal with the Germans who bought Banker Trust who bought Alex Brown. Huh? Maybe it is the definition of synergy, no? I have to slink out of here before the Serial Diluter tracks me down.
